The amount of time required to clean a house or flat depends on the size and amount of rooms.

Smaller, 1 bedroom properties will require on average 2 hours and a cost of £15. This figure includes labour, chemicals, equipment, insurance, parking(where applicable), etc

An average sized property 2/3 bedrooms can take an average of 3 hours.

Visits can be twice weekly, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or longer.

We are aware each property will require different levels and frequency of work. Some homes have smaller rooms and little furniture while others can have huge rooms and ornaments covering every surface. We will take each property into consideration and work to a time and budget that fits you.

Ensuring each property is immaculate, in complete working order and with fluffy towels parcel folded on the bed, our clients are delighted with our service and would be happy to provide references.

During peak holiday times, December, July, August - the festival, we are extremely busy. We will require at least 3 months notice prior to taking on your property.
